PERSONAL TRAINING WITH ME (3x WEEKLY): Intensive 1 on 1 guidance at Max Fitness Lužiny. A total of 12 training sessions per month under my direct supervision. Maximum emphasis on technique that builds muscle and protects health.

INDIVIDUAL SYSTEM: A tailor-made training plan and eating strategy focused on aesthetics (broad shoulders, narrow waist, functional strength).

OPTIMIZING RECOVERY: I will teach you how to sleep and rest so that your body grows outside the gym.

WHATSAPP SUPPORT: Do you have a question? I'm your coach and partner on the phone 24/7. I'm watching your every step.
MY BRUTAL 90 DAY GUARANTEE: I trust my leadership so much that I take all the risk for you. If after 90 days of faithfully following my system (Training 3x a week + Food + Sleep) you do not achieve demonstrably visible results, I will do two things:
