How many people do you train at once?

In my Elite program, I train exclusively **1 on 1**. I do not support group classes or semi-private training because I believe that to achieve your maximum transformation, you need 100% of my attention.

During our class, I'm here just for you - I'm not here to check your phone or watch other people. I'm here to supervise your technique, monitor every rep, and make sure you get the most out of every minute in the gym.
